Mitsubishi - What a joke!
The service I received from ABC is nothing short of a joke.I had an issue with a Mitsubishi TV that I purchased form them.
When I called for service they were supposed to send me a replacement part in 3 days. 3 days passed and nothing. I called again and they said they needed to confirm my address. Another 3 days and nothing.
I called again and they said they had tried to contact me for address verification which I already gave them.
Lies, my wife is home 24-7 and no one called.Took 2 weeks to get my parts.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
