I bought a high trim Mitsubishi outlander 2023 PHEV in June 2023 with global warranty. Paid huge money to get my comfort but the car started issues with parking sensors about 2-3 months since then I visited dealership couple of time and the so called certified dealership doesnt know how to fix the issue.

They took my car from my home and gave me a decent loaner, after 2 weeks they said car is fixed and gave me back. I drove a day and the steering wheel was not detected by the car and I had to emergency park and shut down the engine. Restarted the car and emailed the dealership and asked to take the car and requested to send me a SUV but the service manager was so ignorant and sent me a sports model car as loaner, which I can hardly sit and getup due to my health issues. I have requested seventies since then to send me decent car for my physical abilities to drive with my current comfort zone until they fix my car.

I called the Mitsubishi Canada customer care centre as well several times as well but they are on same limit of arrogance.

I am so much stress and sick and dont know how to get this sorted out. I have to pick my daughter from school who has some issues with her health but I dont know until when I have go suffer

Need local authorized dealer to install a heat pump/air system

I dont have a complaint. I bought your Hyper 2 heat pump system 3/4 years ago and have been delighted with it and plan on buying another one just like it shortly. Was just needing an authorized Diamond installer near me, which I found 2. Thanks !!!

Unfair treatment with my vehicle guaranty

Transmition cvt ,damage with only 45,000 miles .Outlander 2016 .Company offer me a 8,000.00 transmision and 1,800.00 for labor .Transmision can not be repair .My outlander is like new with only 45,000 miles .Very unffair treatment .Its there a good will fron mitsubishi. I have lost close to $ 35,000.00 .

Customer Service at Foundation45 in Houston, TX

On August 17, 2023, I called this dealership searching to pay cash for a vehicle. No financing wanted or needed. Me. Ivey, told me Foundation45 could make that happen. So, I went to the bank and got a $22,000 cashiers check plus $3000.00 in cash. Drove out to car lot three games vegan. Tried to finance me. Wrote paperwork up for 16,000; attempted to finance 10,000. I paid cash 26,485.87. Vehicle has check engine light on already.cant get maintenance until September 6, 2023.

Catalytic converter

My converter was stolen. They are on back order. I buy an after market one, it is alright to use it until the Mitsubishi one is received. If I don't replace the after market one with Mitsubishi equipment the warranty is void. My insurance will replace one only. I called today and already closed at 2:00 p.m. in my time zone. So much for National Customer Service.

Missing what ad promises

I have just recently purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES. Much to what and why I purchased this automobile was due to Mitsubishi web site and all of the visuals set forth in the ad.

One of those being the fact that the car came with a XM radio, along with 3 months of free service. The automobile that I received came WITH NO SUCH RADIO. This was an out and out falsifing ad. When I questioned the dealership, I was informed that this radio was not part of the equipment of this car.

So no radio. Additionally, I was told that because of the health scares, the car was to be brought to me by the dealership.

After several days of negotiating, I was told that the dealership was unable to provide me with the car unless I came and received the car at the dealerships locationn. My wife and I drove the 200+ miles and took possession of the car.

Just what does a buyer have to do to get what is promised?

You bought a car basted almost entirely on an advertisement? An advertisement isn't the factual sticker that's on a car listing the included equipment. Besides, you should have asked about the included equipment at any point of the sales process.

Corroded Exhaust System Outlander 2014

Bought a brand new 2014 Outlander w/ 6 miles on it. This year 2016 w/ around 15 K miles i noticed the exhaust was corroded and rusting out. The dealer tried to rectify the problem with Mitsubishi Quarters but they said it was normal wear & tear...this car has never seen snow or salt & has always been garage kept...what are they covering up? The newer models have Teflon coated exhaust so why are they saying this? Cheap parts for better milage? I say a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS IN ORDER! Anyone with the same model need to look closely to the exhaust. This is my second Outlander, I bought my first one used and NEVER had this problem!
